Matt and Mary’s Countryside Engagement Session | Poolville, TX

One of my favorite parts about my job is getting to explore new places around DFW. I’ve been to some of the most beautiful parks and seen the loveliest views of the city. But it’s always such a treat getting to see a place I would have otherwise never seen- the homes of my amazing couples. Matt and Mary opted for a countryside engagement session on their property. Over sixty acres of open fields, tall grass and plenty of room to roam. This land has been a part of Mary’s family for generations! It was so special that they wanted to preserve such a special time in their relationship here.

I took Matt and Mary’s photos on October 30th, so you can imagine how beautiful the nature was and all the hues of red and golden that surrounded us. We all hopped in the UTV and explored the scenes. Seeing that golden hour sunset poke through the trees just made my heart beam! But it was nothing compared to the beams of light that come from sweet Mary’s smile when she looks at Matt.

These two are the absolute sweetest, and it’s so crazy that their wedding is already less than a month away! I also don’t think i’ve ever met a couple who planned their wedding so quickly! They are so on top of their game, and oh so ready to tie the knot. Mary’s sister and matron of honor is actually a former co-worker of mine, and one of Mary’s bridesmaids is also a past AMP bride! So not only will it be a wonderful celebration for Matt and Mary, but also a fun night of seeing so many sweet and familiar faces! I absolutely cannot wait!

Matt and Mary, thank you both so much for your hospitality and inviting me to your gorgeous countryside property for your engagement session! I am so excited for all the warm smiles and laughter that will be shared on your special day! We’re almost there!!
