Spring Family Portraits | Murrell Park Flower Mound, TX | Schutz Family

Spring in Texas is my favorite season for family portraits! I love when nature is fresh and blooming and the colors are light. Murrell Park is a favorite spot of mine, and I’m so happy I got to photograph the Schutz family portraits here!

I actually photographed Aaron and Christa’s wedding way back in 2016 near the beginning of my photography journey! Back when I didn’t know what ISO was or how to use the manual settings on my camera! I’m so honored they trusted me with the biggest day of their lives. Their wedding day was full of fun and energy, and it was such a great time! Now here we are years later and they’ve added two babies to their family. It brings my heart utmost fulfillment when I have the blessing to photograph my couples with their children years later.

Both of their kiddos were absolute angels during their spring family portraits! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had children more well behaved at a session than they were! Including my own! The kids loved exploring the spring nature and picking the flowers. Their smiles and their sweetness were filled with such joy and delight the entire time. They were a gentle reminder to slow down, pick the flowers, and enjoy life.

Thank you so much, Schutz family, for allowing me to photograph your gorgeous family all these years later! It’s always such a joy getting to see your sweet faces and get to know those babies. I can’t wait for next time!
