Fall Botanical Gardens Engagement Session | Grapevine, TX
I am so excited to share with you all this gorgeous fall botanical gardens engagement session today! When I first met Bill and April for ice cream this past summer I knew they were my kind of people. Not only because they preferred to meet for ice cream instead of coffee (if you know, you know!) but because they are some of the kindest souls I have ever met! It was one of those instances when you meet somebody for the first time, yet it feels like you’re catching up with an old friend. Plus, Bill and I are both from the same small town of Keller, which was also really neat!
I met Bill and April at the Grapevine Botanical Gardens for their fall engagement session and it DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT! It had been a few years since I had last been to this location. The trees were in such a beautiful mix of fall hues. It was almost hard to believe we were in Texas surrounded by such rich colors! It seems all the trees usually lose their leaves by mid-November, so it was a nice treat! On top of that, it was also a high of about 77° that day, so HEAVEN BLESS Mother Nature for being so kind to us this season!
Not only do I love getting to have a fun time with my couples and get to connect with them more during their engagement session, but I also love when they bring their pets along, too! Sweet Lupo was so excited to walk around and see the squirrels! Spending an afternoon walking around with this sweet couple while embracing all there is to love about fall made for a perfect day.
April and Bill, thank you so much for allowing me to capture such beautiful images for you! I appreciate you guys playing it cool as I squealed like a crazy person behind my camera! I had such a blast with you two, and I can’t wait for all the beauty we are going to capture on your October 2022 wedding day!
